Charge Fastpitch Softball Organization exists to develop high level softball players. We are based out of Fort Wayne, Indiana, with athletes from the surrounding Northeast Indiana area and Northwest Ohio. The game of softball is simple, yet complex. Success requires:

• Relentless work to build individual fundamentals
• Dedication to one’s team with a willingness to grow together
• Unselfish recognition of team success above individual success
• The ability to overcome mental challenges and compete with a “next pitch” mindset

Our goal is to instill these principles in our athletes. We began in 2017 and fielded developmental teams with a passion to teach and grow in softball in its purest, most fundamental form. We have had many people join along the way with a common vision of developing talent and fielding teams at the highest level possible. We are committed to continue to build on a tradition of player development and success.

In order to achieve our goals, players must be:

• Committed. To the team, and to themselves.
• Constantly learning and growing.
• Willing to push the limits.
• Willing to invest time outside of practice.
• Open to playing other sports, but only committed to one travel sport.
• Able to control themselves: their behavior, their time, and their attitude.
• Ready to compete.
